Jeff Kargonal was born on November 29, 1983. He was born in San Clemente, CA and his nickname was the ox! He started riding at the age of 12 and he soon turned pro at age 16. His first bike was a YZ 80, and he currently rides a Honda CR 250. He has won the 2004 WFA Big Air Points championship, 2005 Winter X games best trick.Jeff’s father passed away before he was old enough to drive and his mother lost her battle with cancer when Jeff was 25. He shares this similar tragedy with Rip co-founder Cameron Steele who also lost his Mom to cancer early in life. It is not totally clear which is more true but they are either like brothers or father and son.
